Ordering
How do I make an Order?
To make an order, select a necktie style from Tie, Bowtie and Cravat. If applicable, select a tie size/style. The price will show once you’ve made your selection. Bundle savings are available if you order a handkerchief of the same fabric with a tie you have selected. Click Buy Now to add item(s) to cart. Please note that all prices are in NZ dollars and GST inclusive.
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can order as much or as little as you want – there is no minimum order.
Can I sample the design and colour of your fabric before purchasing?
For your peace of mind, we have swatch cards of the fabrics in our shop available. Contact us to order a swatch card to be delivered directly to you, or if you want to discuss your requirements.
What tie sizes are available?
We have a number of options for tie sizes on our website: 5cm, 7cm, 8cm for a standard man. This is measured across the widest part of the tie. If you need larger sizes (which can be 9cm or 10cm across the widest part of the tie), contact us and we can recommend the best size and shape for your men and boys.
Can you make products from fabric that I already have?
Yes, contact us to make a custom order or to discuss any special products you require. We can make ties, bowties, cravats and hanks out of your own fabric for any age and size - whether it's your kids, babies or even pets! Please note that custom orders will take a few days longer to ship.
Shipping & Returns
How quickly can we get our ties and accessories?
For New Zealand customers, if you order directly from the website you will receive your products within 3 working days. If you want your order to be shipped to Australia, or if you have made a custom order such as having ties made out of your own fabric, the order will take only a few days longer to be received.
How much does shipping cost?
New Zealand: We charge a flat rate of $6 anywhere in the country.
Australia: We charge a flat rate of $30 anywhere in the country.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if we have not shipped the products to you yet. Please contact us if you want to cancel an order. We'll notify you before shipping off the products, otherwise we'll process a refund if the products have been sent, providing that it is still in its original condition.
What can we do if we receive the wrong product or we are not happy with our product?
If you have received the wrong product(s) in your order, or if you are unsatisfied with our product(s), we will pay shipping to have it returned to us. We will send you the correct product(s) or provide a remedy to satisfy the situation. We are happy when you are happy.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship products from this site to New Zealand and Australia. All prices are listed in NZD. However, if you want to place an international order please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help you.
